Validity of the terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions are based on Swiss law and apply within Switzerland, provided that the parties expressly or tacitly recognize them. Changes and side agreements are effective if they are mutually confirmed in writing.

If a contract is concluded and the customer also submits terms and conditions, the corresponding points apply. A written agreement will be made with regard to deviating components.

These terms and conditions apply indefinitely, as long as they have not been changed by the parties in a written agreement.

Should a provision of this contract be or become ineffective or the contract contains a loophole, the legal validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of the ineffective provisions, an effective provision is deemed to have been agreed from the start that comes closest to the economic one intended by the parties. The same applies in the event of a loophole.

Joel Haberthür provides sales and online shipping services, as well as clothing design. Joel Haberthür also takes on orders for corporate and large customers on request.

All personal data collected are subject to data protection and are treated with absolute confidentiality.

3. Copyright notice and picture credits

All contents of this website (images, photos, texts, videos) are subject to copyright. If necessary, we will legally prosecute the unauthorized use of parts of the content on our site. The images, photos and graphics on this website are protected by copyright.

3. Prices and terms of payment

All prices are set individually for the product and processed after payment.

Depending on the payment partner (PayPal, credit cards and bank transfer), different guidelines apply (please refer to the respective providers on their websites).

Green & Gentle assumes no liability or fees.

4. Orders and right of return

The order becomes legally valid upon payment. After the goods have been dispatched, a

14-day return period (postmark). Goods that are worn and / or dirty and / or defective and / or washed do not have a right of return. The goods are checked for errors and / or defects and / or dirt before dispatch. Green & Gentle assumes no responsibility / liability for defects in shipping. No cash is paid out on return, but vouchers for further purchases at Green & Gentle.

6. Restricted use

In the event of temporary restrictions on the services or reductions in the range of offers, the customer has no right to a price reduction or reimbursement.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Basel is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. The contract is subject to Swiss law.
