Shipping Policy
The order becomes legally valid upon payment. After the goods have been dispatched, a
14-day return period (postmark).
Returns & exchanges
Goods that are worn and / or dirty and / or defective and / or washed do not have a right of return. The goods are checked for errors and / or defects and / or dirt before dispatch. Green & Gentle assumes no responsibility / liability for defects in shipping. No cash is paid out on return, but vouchers for further purchases at Green & Gentle.
